Oil on black canvas, 11x14, $275 plus shipping. I saw this scene (well, it was corn, not sunflowers) in Ohio on a misty September morning. When I got out to paint a small canvas with this scene, I found that the air was heavy with the fragrance of mint. The small piece sold, and I've been thinking about it ever since. I like the substitution of sunflowers for corn, but might go back and make another, maybe on a canvas of a different shape, with corn.
