Big Country Painting Trip
The Big Country Painting Trip is happening now! I'm in Caliente, Nevada, where I've had to stay for a few days while Bella, my Big Van, had a repair. I'm heading to Capital Reef National Park, and from there... who knows? To read about my trip, go to Substack, open a post, read and subscribe! MAY IS BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!
ARTS IN THE PARK is May 2-3, at Byrd Park in Richmond, Virginia. This is a big, sprawling, fun show, with something for really pretty much everyone.
I'll be in the same spot, or nearly the same spot, though the booth numbers have changed. I'll be in 312, which, from the map, looks to be in about the same place I usually am. Here's a link for more information about the show.
MAY 9, THE ARTISANS OF WACHAPREAGUE will be at Vaux Hall Farm Market in Malfa. The address on the website is 16165 Vaux Hall Lane, but the market is really on Bobtown Road, near the Pungoteague School. Click here for more info. I am pretty sure that both Dave and I will be there, but I can't promise. Sometimes, I get cleaned out at the Richmond show.
MAY 23, IT'S ART & MUSIC ON THE FARM at the Barrier Islands Center, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is one of the most fun events on the Eastern Shore! Hope to see you there.
WORKSHOPS
Come to the studio here at 18 Bayview Ave. in Wachapreague and learn to paint with a palette knife.

I am in the beautiful, expanded studio here at 18 Bayview Ave., Wachapreague, most weekdays from about 10 to about 3, though as with most private artist studios, there's always the potential for unexpected absences.
